CAD / BIM Software Developer
Location: Bari, Apulia

Mindesk S.r.l., a company of Vection Technologies Group, builds and deploys the first AR/VR and real-time rendering platform for CAD professionals. The platform connects to CAD - Rhinoceros and SolidWorks at the moment, more to come soon - enabling real-time visualization and native editing in VR in just a click, without any model preparation.
Mindesk’s users include world's leading architecture studios, automotive manufacturers, naval and industrial designers, who use the software to improve their design workflows.
Mindesk is seeking an experienced C# / C++ Software Engineer with CAD plugin or videogame experience responsible for the development of software projects for a best-in-class real-time platform. This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This role may require to travel for field activations of projects. In addition to the core responsibilities, to succeed the candidate must be an excellent problem solver, great team player, cool-minded when under pressure, able to quickly identify/communicate/solve hardware and software issues.
Key responsibilities
- Work with product management to develop and test modular scalable source code based on given specifications
- When required, independently integrate and develop specifications
- Ensure all code is clear, commented where unclear, and committed daily
- Provide CTO with regular status updates on projects
- Document internal software for shared libraries and reusable code
Required Skills
- Mid to senior level skills with C# and C++ (11/14/17) object oriented development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and Git
- Proficiency with written and spoken English language
- Familiarity with key Algebraic and Geometric concepts

- In case of emergency, you are able to find creative solutions and workarounds to a problem
- Experience in CAD / BIM API and SDK development, possibly Autodesk Revit
- Familiarity with geometry representations such as NURBS, splines, polygonal meshes and geometric data structures
- Experience in UI/UX development
- Familiarity with the served industries: AEC, automotive, naval and industrial design
- Comfortable in using Google Apps, BitBucket, Jira, Clockify, and other tools
- Familiarity with one among German, Spanish, French, Italian, Mandarin or Japanese languages would be appreciated
- Availability to travel occasionally
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Web and Cloud Software Developer

Key responsibilities

Senior Account Executive
Location: Bari, Apulia

Mindesk S.r.l., a company of Vection Technologies Group, is currently selecting a Senior Account Executive to join our Italian team full time. The selected candidate will be responsible for enterprise client acquisition, existing accounts management, and channel development on the assigned geographical area, in line with the general corporate strategy and the European Sales Team guidelines.
The slected candidate will receive a sales target, they will mange lead generation tasks on a company CRM system, organize and attend meetings (in video conference or in person whether the health conditions allows it) with the clients, and will be part of recurring Team update sessions.
We seek for strong personal relation capacities, even with top managers, as the candidate will have to facilitate Top2Top meetings between the company management and the client's counterparts.
The ideal candidate is someone passioned about enterprise consulting who also aspire to a more managerial role.
